♦ Don’t clean skillet, add onion and sauté until it softens.
♦ Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt. Stir in cider and vinegar.
♦ Pour into skillet with the onions, bring to a boil and stir until thick.
♦ Pour over chops, potatoes and apple.
♦ Cover with foil and bake and 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
