1small sweet onionfinely diced - or 1/3 of a large
2cupsfinely shredded cheddar cheese
1 9oz. bag of chili cheese Fritos
Mix corn, pepper, onion and mayo in large bowl.
Pour into a 9 x13 dish. Chill to allow flavors to blend.
To serve, crush Fritos in the bag and sprinkle over salad.
Hint: make a pin prick hole in bag before crushing chips- it works better
