2 medium size heads romaine lettuce - washed, dried and torn
salt and pepper to taste
Add 1 cup toasted croutons
Anchovies are optional!
Serve with hot fresh garlic bread!
-Do try fresh grated parmesan.
-Salad oil works if your family doesn’t like olive oil, or even ½ of each.
-Add thinly sliced grilled chicken, steak, or salmon.
-Garnish with an extra sprinkle of fresh parmesan.
