A 6-7 oz. container of Artichoke and Garlic HummusSabre brand is good
1chopped tomatomarinated for an hour in olive oil with Greek or Italian herbs
6oz. pkg. feta cheesecrumbled (can be flavored)
2Tblsp. sliced black olivesor more
Spread hummus in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Top with other ingredients in order given.
Serve with pita chips, assorted crackers or celery sticks.
