Pens of Praise Christian Writers Group is a fellowship of word-loving communicators who provide encouragement, education, and listening ears to those writing clean and encouraging communication. We support the development of skill, attention to detail, and professionalism necessary to obtain personal and public publication. We are a group not limited by age, so even very young writers are welcome. We support Christian values and therefore do not share sex or overtly violent scenes, which would not be in keeping with Christian values concerning entertainment or enlightenment.

Stroll the dark autumn woods to meet those animals with four feet on the ground including a swift-footed whitetail deer, an ancient snapping turtle, a secretive spotted salamander, and a quick-digging star-nosed mole. This is not a scary hike and is best for those over 5 years of age. Groups leave every six minutes. The last hour-long hike leaves at 8:30 pm. While waiting for your hike, enjoy playing fun-filled games, making a craft to take home, or snacking by the glow of a campfire. In the event of severe weather, the event will be canceled for that night.

The Hunts are an indie-alternative-folk band comprised of seven brothers and sisters. Born and raised in the south lands of Chesapeake, Virginia, the siblings grew up in a musical home and fell in love with composing their own music. As small children, they played The Grand in a group fronted by their parents, known as the Hunt Family Fiddlers.
A decade later, they will return with a unique sound all their own.
