Ingredients
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ Cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 green onions with tops, chopped
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
  1. ♦ Combine all ingredients in a large shallow, glass baking dish.
    ♦ Place steak in marinade; turn to coat both sides.
    ♦ Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 12 to 48 hours.
    ♦ The longer you marinate the meat, the stronger the flavor.
    ♦ Discard marinate and broil or grill steaks.
Terri's Notes

~ This recipe is good with chicken, great for pork steaks and pork steaks are fast, delicious and cheap!
~ I’ve marinated the pork and chicken for as little as 2 hours.
