Ingredients
  • Toss:
  • 2 cups chopped Braeburn apple ~1 large apple
  • 1 cup chopped Bartlett pear ~1 pear
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 package cabbage/carrot coleslaw mix 16-ounce
  • a generous handful mini-marshmallows ~1cup
  • For dressing mix:
  • ½ cup a light Hellman’s mayo
  • a splash of milk or apple juice
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 2-3 Tblsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix dressing pour over salad, and toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate overnight before serving.
