Ingredients
  • 1 large Vidalia onion thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. package of baby Portabellas sliced
  • 1-3 Tbsp. butter
  • Real grated Parmesan cheese (about a quarter cup)
  • seasoning salt
Instructions
  1. In a skillet or heavy bottom saucepan, melt butter and slowly cook onions until they begin to brown and are tender.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more, until they’re done.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add fresh grated cheese and serve!
Terri's Notes

-We love this as a side dish, over baked potatoes, or served on steak.
-Great cooked on the grill
