  • Let crust firm up while you sauté’ the onions.
  • 2 Tblsp. butter
  • 2 cups sliced sweet onions
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Sauté onions and garlic until softened ~10-12 minutes.
  • Spoon evenly over bottom of cracker crust.
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
Instructions
  1. Mix and pour over onions.
  2. Top with ¾ cup grated cheese (Cheddar’s yummy. ¼ cup Parmesan?)
  3. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Good served as a side to anything, but especially tasty with grilled meats or a steak. Add a fresh salad and iced tea ~ summer is here!
Terri's Notes

Because I’m always stirring something up…I’ve done a little recipe search and discovered that some Gourmet Goddesses have added a sprinkle of chopped chives, parsley, or crumbled bacon for added flair and flavor!
Make it your own, but make it soon.
