Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip dry
  • 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 2 bricks of cream cheese softened, 8 oz.
Instructions
  1. *OR just use spreadable garlic and herb or veggie flavored cheese spread
  2. Chopped fresh vegetables - broccoli, bell peppers, celery, black olives, shredded carrots, zucchini, radishes, summer squash, onion, baby spinach, chopped tomato, artichoke quarters, Greek, Mexican, or Asian flavors and fixings, according to individual tastes.
  3. Shredded Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, or Havarti cheese
  4. Whole wheat flatbreads, pitas, flavored tortillas
  5. Spread breads with cream cheese mixture and add favorite veggies, even chopped meats.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Let everyone make their own, or with a little help from mom. (3 veggie minimum!)
  8. Cut in wedges and serve like mini-pizzas, roll up, or spread cheese inside pocket and fill the pita pocket.
  9. This food is COOL, no cook, and should be a fun way to get the kids, young and old, to eat their veggies!
  10. Serve with fresh chilled fruit.
