In a 2 quart greased, casserole dish, melt 1 stick butter or margarine, (½ cup)

Ingredients
  • Mix with
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350* for one hour or until golden brown and beginning to ‘set’.
Terri's Notes

-may replace sour cream with 3 beaten eggs and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
