Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 head lettuce shredded
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 6 ounce package corn chips
Instructions
  1. Prepare hamburger according to directions on the seasoning mix.
  2. In the microwave, melt cheese with 1/2 each of the tomatoes and salsa.
  3. Toss together lettuce, remaining tomatoes, salsa, ground beef and 1/2 corn chips.
  4. Pour melted cheese mixture over all and top with remaining chips. OLE'

Does not make great leftovers.
