Ingredients
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce torn
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix 1.25 ounce
  • 1 can red beans drained, 16 ounce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1 package taco chips broken, 14.5 ounce
  • 1 bottle Sweet Catalina dressing
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • guacamole
  • black olives
Instructions
  1. Over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, according to package directions. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Chill
Terri's Notes

Toss lettuce, taco meat, beans, cheese, tomatoes, and ½ bag of chips with dressing.

Add ‘extra’ toppings as guests choose.
