Ingredients
  • salad bowl of fresh spinach or spinach/romaine mix
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 or 2 ripe avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
  • grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 11 oz. can of mandarin oranges drained
  • cooked frozen shrimp - thawed, rinsed and drained
  • sunflower seeds
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
  1. Toss and serve with your favorite dressing - French, Poppy Seed, Hot Bacon, Honey Mustard, Balsamic or Raspberry Vinaigrette or Buttermilk Ranch?
