Ingredients
  • Toss:
  • 2 10 ounce packages fresh baby spinach rinsed and dried
  • 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes halved if you wish
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and sliced
  • 1 5 ounce package frozen cooked salad shrimp
  • 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs chopped
  • ½ cup sesame seeds toasted
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Add your favorite salad dressing and a few friends, serves up to 10 as a meal, 20 as a side!
Terri's Notes

- To toast sesame seeds: In a non-stick sauté’ pan, heat the sesame seeds over medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally until golden brown.
- Best if you use real shredded cheese instead of the bottled. In the stores, you’ll find it with the cheeses or next to the fresh pastas.
- Do use this as a place to start and feel free to change it up and make it your own!
