Ingredients
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/3 cup 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks or tidbits drained
  • 6 slices bread toasted and cubed
Instructions
  1. Mix bread chunks and pineapple in buttered casserole dish.
  2. Mix eggs, butter, ½
  3. Crumble 1/4 cup brown sugar and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Terri's Notes

-Great side-dish with ham.
-Nice breakfast or brunch side with eggs and sausage or ham.
-Double recipe to make a 13 X 9" pan.
