♦ Rinse carrots and pat dry with a paper towel.
♦ Put carrots on a baking pan large enough for them to be in a single layer.
♦ Drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
♦ Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dill and pepper in a bowl.
♦ Sprinkle carrots with seasoning mix and parsley-enough parsley to SEE it.
♦ Gently shake the pan back and forth to evenly coat carrots with seasoning and oil.
♦ Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or until tender and browned a bit.
♦ Toss with a Tblsp. of butter and serve.
