Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can of pumpkin
  • 1 16 oz. bowl of Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 or 3 boxes small of instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz., just the mix
  • 1 Tblsp. pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until completely blended.
  2. Chill until time to serve.
  3. Makes a large bowl of fluffy goodness to serve with dippers like cinnamon graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, apple slices or ginger snaps.
Terri's Notes

~ Kathy and I have both served this to rave reviews!
~ Kathy uses 3 boxes of pudding mix, I’ve used only 2 boxes, both were great.
~ Mix it up. I tried it with white chocolate flavored pudding, it would be good with cheese cake flavored pudding mix too.
~ I’m not a fan of pumpkin pie spice, so I used just ½ Tblsp. with ½ Tblsp of cinnamon.
