Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen Italian meatballs
  • 1 lb. box tri-colored Rotini pasta
  • 64 oz. jar of your favorite marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 cups
  • extra garlic, oregano, basil to taste
Instructions
  1. ♦ Fill a 13 X 9 inch pan with a single layer of frozen meatballs and bake according to package directions. I turn them once as they begin to brown.
  2. ♦ In a big pot, prepare pasta according to directions for ala dente. Drain.
  3. ♦ Put pasta back in the pot and add sauce o heat. Season if needed and bring to a simmer.
    ♦ Gently, stir in parmesan and meatballs and pour back into the cake pan.
    ♦ Top with Mozzerella and return to oven to melt cheese and heat through. 10 - 15 minutes.
  4. ♦ Toss a salad and serve with warm garlic bread!

~ Perfect ‘last minute’ meal!
~ Everything needed for this recipe can be stored in the freezer or on the shelf and pulled together in 45 minutes.  Great to keep on hand for unexpected company, to take to a potluck or to share with a friend in need of supper.  It’s simple, but it gets rave reviews!
