Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts or soy nuts
  • 1 cup dry roasted sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups dried fruit (golden or dark raisins blueberries, cranberries).
Instructions
  1. Mix up and pre-package 1/4 to 1/2 cup portions in little re-usable zip-lock bags for an amazingly portable power snack!
  2. POWER SNACK – it’s the ENERGY EDGE you get from high-energy, whole grain carbohydrates and power-building, low-fat proteins!
  3. Gorp
  4. 1 cup almonds
  5. 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
  6. 1 cup sunflower seeds
  7. ½ to 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, use the mini-ones
  8. ½ cup dried cranberries or bluberries
  9. ½ cup raisins
