OLD FASHIONED KETTLE CORN

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2/3 C. Light Brown Sugar
  • 10 Cups popped popcorn
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine oil, water and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 3 minutes.
  3. Toss popcorn with sugar mixture in large bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
  5. Cool 5 minutes on wax paper then serve.
  6. Store in airtight container.
  7. Dawn writes . . . If you want a lighter coating just use more popcorn.
