♦ Set oven to 350 degrees.
♦ Brown ground meat in a large pan and drain off the grease.
♦ Add chopped garlic, onion, tomato, sugar, salt and pepper.
♦ Simmer for 20 minutes.
♦ While the sauce is simmering, boil lasagna noodles until just al dente.
♦ Rinse the noodles in cold water and set aside.
♦ Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
♦ Put 3 strips of noodles in the bottom of a 9x12 inch pan.
♦ Spread 1/3 of cream cheese mixture over the noodles, then spread 1/3 of the meat on top.
♦ Repeat twice to create 3 layers.
♦ Top with grated cheddar and bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
