Ingredients
  • Dressing: mix:
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger root I use dried equivalent
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Toss:
  • 8 ounces bow tie pasta cooked, drained and cooled
  • ½ cucumber chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • 6 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 can mandarin oranges drained, 11 ounces
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast cubed
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Mix the dressing ingredients well and chill. When ready to serve, toss chilled salad ingredients with dressing, sprinkle on almonds and serve!
