Ingredients
  • 1 lg. red onion-sliced
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 2 cup mayonnaise I used lite
  • 4 cup broccoli-bite sized
  • 4 cup cauliflower-bite sized
  • 1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cup seasoned croutons
  • 8 oz. vermicelli-cooked
  • 1 lb. bacon - cooked and crumbled
Instructions
  1. Mix together onion, parmesan cheese, sugar, salt, basil and mayonnaise.
  2. Then mix with broccoli and cauliflower.
  3. Toss in water chestnuts, croutons, noodles and bacon right before serving.
  4. Enjoy!
