Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz. carton lemon yogurt
  • 1 Tbls. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbls. honey
  • Salad:
  • 1 kiwifruit peeled, sliced
  • 2 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 banana sliced
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.
  2. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors.
  3. In large bowl, combine kiwifruit, cantaloupe and strawberries; toss gently.
  4. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  5. Just before serving, add sliced banana.
  6. Top each 2/3 cup serving of fruit mixture with 2 tablespoons dressing.
  7. Sprinkle with some walnuts or toasted chopped pecans if desired.
Terri's Notes

- No pretty dishes? Hit the thrift stores, use juice glasses, or purchase some plastic ones at the party store.
- Trade out the lemon yogurt for coconut, with or without the lemon juice.
- I really must add a few blueberries or raspberries, how about you?
