Ingredients
  • 4 cups torn or shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups fresh snow pea pods cut diagonally in half, 1/2 pound
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped red peppers
  • 2 cups chopped cucumber
  • 1 1/2 cups crabmeat or 1 package imitation crabmeat 8 oz.
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip thinned just a tad with milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon teaspoon dried dill weed or 1chopped fresh dill
Instructions
  1. Red pepper rings, fresh dill sprigs, or grape tomatoes to garnish
  2. In a 2-1/2 quart clear glass serving bowl, layer lettuce, pea pods, chopped peppers, cucumber and crabmeat.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and dill; spread over crab.
  4. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish and serve! YUM.
