Ingredients
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
  • 1 medium white onion diced
  • 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies drained
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients above in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a baking dish, an 8 inch round works well.
  3. Top with 1½ oz. of sliced pepperoni, the baby ones work well, or slice the large ones in half.
  4. Sprinkle with ½ cup black olives
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Serve with Tostito chips, crackers or pita chips.
