Ingredients
  • 6 cups puffed brown rice cereal (organic if you can find it)
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds
  • - toast almonds and brown rice cereal cool
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped dried cherries
  • 1/3 cups coarsely chopped dried blueberries
  • cup - oneof any dried fruit would be nice -- there are so many great combinations available in the chips/nuts aisle
  • Melt together:
  • 3 Tblsp. light olive oil or Flax seed oil
  • 1 Tblsp. honey
  • 4 cups mini-marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Mix as if they were “regular” rice crispy bars, press into a 9x13 pan.
  2. The highly dedicated staff of WGNV have graciously taste tested these and declared them DELISH!
