FLYING FARMER CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients
  • Mix first four ingredients and let stand:
  • 5 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 2 T orange juice
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1 t salt
  • Mix remaining ingredients and toss all ingredients lightly:
  • cups red or green grapes-halved
  • cups celery diced
  • 13 oz Pineapple Tidbits--drained
  • 11 oz Mandarin Oranges--drained
  • cups Miracle Whip
  • 3 cups cooked rice long grain—not Minute Rice
  • 1 small package slivered almonds
Instructions
  1. Can be made a day before and add almonds just before serving. Enjoy!
