Ingredients
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn drained or 3 cups, cooked sweet corn, cut from the cob. (great for leftovers!), 11oz.
  • 3/4 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
  • 2 small tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
Instructions
  1. Combine corn, cucumbers, onions and tomatoes in salad bowl. Blend sour cream with mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients. Add sour cream mixture to corn mixture. Toss gently to coat vegetables. Chill salad thoroughly before serving.
Terri's Notes

I love to add a little diced red or green pepper too!
