Ingredients
  • 1 package pita rounds try whole wheat!
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 ½ tsps. coarsely ground kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Sesame seeds, garlic salt, your favorite herbs are all optional.
  2. Cut each pita into 8 wedges and separate the two layers. 16 pieces each.
  3. Arrange in a single layer on ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Spritz with olive oil cooking spray, and sprinkle evenly with salt and seasonings.
  5. Bake at 375° for 7 to 12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
