Ingredients
  • 12.4 oz. box cheddar cheese Cheez-its
  • 12.4 oz. box white cheddar Cheez-its
  • 11 oz. box Club Minis, muli-grain crackers
  • 9 oz. bag oyster crackers
  • 1-2 cups dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
  1. Put crackers and nuts into a large bowl that has an air-tight lid
  2. Heat the following in sauce pan:
    1 cup canola oil
    2 tsp. garlic power
    2-3 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    3 tsp. BBQ seasoning or 3000 BBQ from Penzeys
  3. After oil is warm, stir in:
    1 package original Hidden Valley Ranch mix
  4. Pour oil mixture over crackers and stir until mixed.
  5. Continue to stir occasional over the next few hours.
  6. Serve immediately or store in sealed container.

~Make this as mild or spicy as you like!
~Use your favorite snacks or crackers, or what’s on sale.
~Try Cajun spice mix instead of barbeque.
