Ingredients
  • 2 cups mayo (not Miracle Whip)
  • ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
Instructions
  1. ♦ Mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.
    ♦ Serve with fresh vegetables.
Terri's Notes

~ Kathy gave me this great recipe for veggie dip, but I saw a yummy condiment too! Grilled chicken on a toasted Ciabatta roll and grilled steak on a crusty bun, both topped with this creamy curry mayo – were both a hit! I’m thinking, used as the dressing, it would put a fun twist on potato salad too?
