½ 12 oz. bag of broccoli slaw with shredded carrot
20oz. can pineapple tidbitsdrained
15oz. can mandarin orange sectionsdrained
½ large or 1 small red pepperdiced
4Tblsp. Honey MUSTARDnot the salad dressing

salt and pepper to taste
Chill completely to let flavors meld.
Serve on bed of fresh spinach leaves, in a fresh tomato blossom, in a wrap, a pita pocket, or on a flaky croissant.
