Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts - 2 lbs. boneless, skinless - may use chicken strips
  • 24 oz. jar marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, the good stuff
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tblsp. melted butter
  • pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. ♦ Pour marinara sauce into a casserole dish that holds 4 chicken breasts nicely!
    ♦ Top with mozzarella and sprinkle on the Parmesan.
    ♦ Arrange chicken breasts evenly over the cheese and sauce and sprinkle with spices.
    ♦ Mix bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle evenly over chicken.
    ♦ Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    ♦ Serve over your favorite pasta or try it over zucchini noodles!
