Ingredients
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
Instructions
  1. Mix in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Toss dressing with:
  3. 2 medium size heads romaine lettuce - washed, dried and torn
  4. salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add 1 cup toasted croutons
  6. Anchovies are optional!
Terri's Notes

Serve with hot fresh garlic bread!
-Do try fresh grated parmesan.
-Salad oil works if your family doesn’t like olive oil, or even ½ of each.
-Add thinly sliced grilled chicken, steak, or salmon.
-Garnish with an extra sprinkle of fresh parmesan.
