2 cups of fresh mango, chopped (about 3 medium mangos)
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice (fresh or bottled)
1 envelope of Good Seasons Italian Salad dressing mix
♦ Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving, great with tortilla chips or anything else you fancy.
~ This is wonderful on grilled, broiled or steamed, salmon or chicken. Meats may be served hot or cold, but I still serve the salsa chilled.
