1cupraisinsor frozen blueberries or other dried fruit here
cup½ to 1sugarbrown sugar, brown sugar twin, or splenda
1tblsp. melted butter
1chopped apple... peel on is ok
1/4cupchopped walnutsor more
optional 1 tsp. maple flavoringif not using brown sugar
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
mix everything together in a greased 1 quart casserole.
bake uncovered for around 30 minutes or until milk is absorbed.
serve with milk. makes 3-4 servings.

- Do add dried fruit and nuts before or after baking, add cinnamon, nutmeg, or top with fresh fruit, chopped nuts, and coconut.
- Can easily be refrigerated and reheated.
