~ Feel free to use rice or almond milk. I have used part 1/2 & 1/2, buttermilk, or a bit of
coffee creamer if I am short on almond milk. It all works.
~This also freezes well for up to 2 weeks or so.
I made it as written once, then with a large ripe, mashed banana, walnuts and only 2 Tblsp. brown sugar, and again with dried cherries, sliced almonds, almond extract and vanilla flavored almond milk – all got great reviews. Do also try the Amish Baked Oats recipe! No boring breakfast here, Terri
