Ingredients
  • A 6-7 oz. container of Artichoke and Garlic Hummus Sabre brand is good
  • 1 chopped tomato marinated for an hour in olive oil with Greek or Italian herbs
  • 6 oz. pkg. feta cheese crumbled (can be flavored)
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 2 Tblsp. sliced black olives or more
Instructions
  1. Spread hummus in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Top with other ingredients in order given.
  3. Serve with pita chips, assorted crackers or celery sticks.
Terri's Notes

~One of our favorite snacks, never a bite leftover.
~Add a layer of canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
~Any of the hummus flavors you like will work, I make a double batch, two dishes-two different flavors.
